I usually suggest Siteground to people. It's $5.95 a month there, which isn't too bad. The clincher is that it offers unlimited space and bandwidth, which is... honestly ridiculous for that price. I don't know how in the world they pull it off.

But I've been happily using them for a few years now (even before the unlimited bit kicked in), and haven't really had any problems.
